Abstract

The paper describes design, production and inspection of membrane welds according to EN 129525 [1]. Stated procedures and technologies are based on water tube boiler manufacturing in the company ĐĐ Termoenergetska postrojenja d.o.o. Paper gives the overview of the standard manufacturing process: welding technology, marking and identification of welds, quality inspection and testing, macro and micro structure and hardness of welds. Presented testing results are used to show direct correlation between proper implementation of specified manufacturing process and achieved quality of welding.

Keywords
