MESSER TRIPLE SAVER (FERROLINE/INOXLINE/ALULINE)
HVOF (High Velocity Oxy Fuel)
Save time and money with Messer's three-component welding gas mixtures
Demonstrating continuous leadership in the field of welding—and driven by vision, tradition, expertise, and decades of experience—we present a new generation of gas mixtures.
Our new shielding gas blends ensure weld joints of the highest quality, regardless of the welding process or base material. As a result, you benefit from increased welding speed and significantly reduced working time and post-weld processing, leading to substantial reductions in production costs.

HVOF is a modern cold spray metallization process carried out at the Castolab workshop, under the umbrella of Messer Tehnogas.
The metallization process is performed using a supersonic flame jet generated by a high-density mixture of kerosene and oxygen. It is a robot-controlled operation conducted inside a specially designed soundproof chamber.
This metallization technique does not thermally deform the workpiece, as the temperature does not exceed 100°C. The process is characterized by high adhesive and cohesive bond strength between the coating and the base material (>80 MPa), extremely low porosity of the applied coating (<1%), negligible oxide content in the coating (<0.1%), and a minimal burn-off of alloying elements during application.
It is an environmentally friendly process and serves as an alternative to hard chrome plating.
