Computers regulation HF inductive welding
Abstract
In the paper the design of a system for automatic regulation of generator temperature for tube inductive welding. Non-contact measurement of weld temperature using the characteristics of heated bodies, which radiate in the infrared spectrum, is suggested. For an automatic generator, driving a microcomputer for real-time application is designed. The paper contributes to the better production of technological lines as well as the introduction of a higher level of automation.
