Abstract

Practically, it turned out that we have a small number of trained young welders with above- average qualities in their work. For this reason, there is a need to enrich the learning process with an expanded approach to acquiring knowledge in the field of practical welding, a step-by-step method, moving from a lower to a higher level, to the level of a fully trained professional, prepared to work in a very wide range of welding. Expanding knowledge and education in the field of welding should be a continuous process that takes place during the education and training of welders and later during the execution of works, until the acquisition of the necessary skills and appropriate techniques for making high-quality welded joints.
