How we intended the world's best hub for high-frequency welding

Abstract

This paper represents a contribution of improvement for energy parameters of high-frequency inductive welding of steel tubes. This improvement was shown through lessened consumption of electric energy. The function of a concentrator is to transfer and convert electromagnetic energy into heating energy in the best possible max. An optimal concentrator with Fluxtrol A magneto-dielectric material was projected and made. Practical results provide us with one of the best solutions in this field in the world, with the proven criteria.
